One process
Whatever the vehicle, the sale runs the same way. You describe it, we make an offer by phone, and if you accept, we set a pickup time, often the same day. Our tow truck comes out to the car, the driver checks it and the papers, you sign over the title, and you're paid by cash, Zelle or Cash App before the truck leaves. You pay nothing for the tow, and the agreed price isn't reduced to cover it.
Two things decide most offers: what the vehicle is (its size, completeness and whether it runs) and the papers.
