What we collect
When you use the quote form, you give us your vehicle's year, make and model, whether you have the title, your name, your phone number and the pickup address. Phone calls get the same details noted. We don't ask for anything else on this site.
Why we need it
We use these details to call you, make an offer, and arrange the pickup if you accept. At pickup we check the title or other papers and your identification, because Illinois law requires scrap buyers to record proof of ownership and the seller's identity.
Who else sees it
The form sends your details to the lead-handling service we use to receive quote requests, so we can call you back. We don't sell your details. We share them only where needed to complete the sale or where the law requires it.
Cookies
No advertising cookies are set by this site. Map embeds are loaded from Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy. Should that change, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to follow up, and sale records as long as the law requires.
