Offers

Sending the form or calling doesn't commit you to anything. We make an offer by phone based on what you tell us about the vehicle. If the vehicle at pickup differs from that description, we may revise the offer or decline the purchase, and you may decline too.

Ownership and papers

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to sell it. We buy only with proof of ownership that meets Illinois rules and with valid identification. We won't buy a vehicle with an altered or missing VIN.

Towing and payment

Towing of a vehicle we buy is free. Payment is made at pickup by cash, Zelle or Cash App. Remove your personal belongings and license plates before the vehicle is loaded; we aren't responsible for items left in it.
